1. How much does Triggy's Fantasy F1 Leagues cost to enter, and how do I send you my money?
Triggy's Fantasy F1 Leagues is free to enter and free to play for the whole season, so you don't have to send us any money. Lucky you!
2. How do I set my team up?
Once registered, a message will be sent to your email account with a link to authorise your account. The team creation option is available once you have authorised your account. A team is made up of 2 constructors and 4 drivers. Your choice of drivers does not have to relate to your choice of constructor, so you could earn more points for picking drivers that race for different constructors than what you have chosen to race with. You must, however, pick 2 different constructors and four different drivers. You can't score double points for picking the same driver twice!
3. How do I make transfers?
Once logged in, you can click on the "Transfers" link in your control panel, this will load the transfers page. You can transfer a constructor or driver by clicking on the drop down menus to the right of your existing team and then clicking submit. You will be alerted if there is a conflict with your choice(s) or if you have gone over budget.
4. I want to buy Team X, but I can't afford them. Can I write out an IOU and pay you when I've earnt more money?
Afraid not. You could try and bribe the admin team with beer or doughnuts, but no one has succeeded thus far.
5. How does the scoring work?
Scoring is worked out using complex algorithms and heavy computing power. It's all very difficult to explain! You can find scoring tables here which detail how many points can be earnt each race. Both constructors and all four drivers will earn their own individual points for both the race and qualifying, with the total added up to give you an overall score for the race.
6. Can I review the squad I've used for previous races?
The 'Team History' link in your control panel will take you to a page which displays a list of all the completed races. Clicking on a race will expand an information box which shows you your team choice and other relevent information. Clicking on a team car or driver helmet will take you to advanced information on each.
11. My messages in the shoutbox have been deleted!
The admin team has the right to remove any messages from the shoutbox that they deem inappropriate or offensive. Continually abusing the shoutbox feature can lead to a temporary or permanent ban from the League. If you've received abuse of any kind on the shoutbox, please contact the admin team on fantasy@triggy.co.uk and we shall investigate the matter further.
12. I appear to have broken something!
This is not a question, there is a distinct lack of question mark at the end! If you have broken something, we should automatically be warned of it, but if you do feel that we should know about it, please email fantasy@triggy.co.uk with details of the problem and we shall try and fix it as soon as possible.
